Learned State counsel at the outset submits that in case order dated 23.01.2017 passed by writ court has not been complied with, needful shall be done at the earliest, in any case not later than two weeks. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, petition is disposed of. In case fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke the contempt jurisdiction of this court, apart from initiating proceedings under the Act, it shall consider imposition of punitive costs which shall be deducted from the salary of officer(s) responsible for delay/non-compliance.
