[1] By this petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 08.07.2019 [Annexure P-2] which is summary of an order. [2] The precise contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner is that copy of the order, of which summary has been provided, has not been supplied and therefore, right to file appeal has been rendered illusory.
[3] Notice of motion.
[4] Mr. Ajay Jagga, Sr. Panel Counsel for Union of India, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He states that the department would have no objection in providing copy of the order of which order [Annexure P-2] is a summary.
