        H.S. MADAAN , J. (Oral) The grouse of the revision petitioner Gulzari Lal, who is plaintiff in the civil suit filed by him against defendants Ram Chander and others, is with regard to slow pace of the trial in the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Kanina. Report from the trial Court was called and it was directed to enclose the copies of interim orders passed in this case. Such report has been received which goes to show that the trial is indeed going at a very slow and sluggish pace. Expeditious trial is a right of every litigant.

Keeping in view the nature of prayer made, I do not find it necessary to issue notice to the respondents. Accordingly, the present revision petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to make earnest efforts to conclude the trial expeditiously by giving short adjournments.
