This revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed, challenging imposition of costs of Rs.500/- on account of non-filing of written statement and for grant of adjournment. Counsel for the plaintiffs-respondents at the outset very fairly stated that the award of costs be waived of.

Since, counsel for the plaintiff has very graciously redressed the grievances of the petitioner, therefore, no further order is required. In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
