As per learned State counsel, statement of the alleged detenue has already been recorded by SHO concerned and her custody has been handed over to her parents. The detenue, who has been identified by learned counsel for the petitioner, is also present today in the Court through video conferencing. She has categorically stated that she wants to live with her parents.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
