**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 107, dated 22.05.2019, under Sections 376(2) (n), 377, 506, 201, 354(C) of IPC, registered at Police Station Women Panipat, District Panipat.
Learned State counsel at the outset, on instructions SI Gayatri, has apprised the Court that the trial is nearing completion as the prosecution evidence stands concluded and the case is now ripe for final arguments. She has further on instructions has apprised the Court that the prosecutrix has supported the case of the prosecution in its entirety. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. Heard.
