Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 - The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into the matter and to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.60 dated 20.4.2022 registered at Police Station Sadar Patiala, District Patiala under Sections 420, 406 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 is got investigated fairly and expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is submitted thereafter at the earliest. 2.
