Present petition is challenge to the order dated 17.2.2016, passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sangrur, whereby application dated 15.2.2016 to dismiss the execution application as withdrawn qua the shares of the applicant/petitioners was dismissed Learned counsel for the parties, at the time of arguments, submitted that the main execution petition, pending before the Court DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2016.04.25 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Civil Revision No. 1427 of 2016 below, has already been decided and thus, present petition has become infructuous and the same be disposed of as such. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that amount in lieu of standing crop is to be received by the petitioners.

The Court, in its order dated 14.3.2016, already made observation that amount of ` 1,40,912/- assessed by Kanungo regarding the crops standing in the land has already been deposited by one of the decree holders and only thereafter, order dated 14.3.2016 was passed.

At any rate, as the main execution petition has already been decided by the Court below, present petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed.
