**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 77, dated 03.07.2021 under Section 22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Sadar Moga, District Moga.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she would be contended and satisfied in case the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. The prayer being innocuous, the same is allowed. Given above, the present petition is disposed of. The trial Court to make efforts to complete the trial and pronounce the judgment on or before 30.04.2023. it is clarified that the petitioner shall not seek any adjournment before the trial Court, in case, he does so, this order stands recalled under Section 362 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C without any further reference to this Court. It is further clarified that in case, the trial is not completed by 30.04.2023, in that case, petitioner is permitted to file a fresh petition for bail before this Court and on this ground alone, this Court might consider to grant bail to the petitioner.
