(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for transfer of the Civil Suit No.2727 of 2020 titled as "Pal Chand and others vs Mukesh Kumar and others", pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Jalandhar to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Amritsar. During the course of arguments, counsel for the petitioners as well as counsel appearing for the respondents agrees that the Civil Suit No.2727 of 2020 titled as "Pal Chand and others vs Mukesh Kumar and others", pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Jalandhar and the Civil Suit No.1213 of 2020 titled as "Mukesh Kumar vs Pal Chand & others", Amritsar, be transferred to District Courts Kapurthala itself.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and both the civil suits i.e. Civil Suit No.2727 of 2020 titled as "Pal Chand and others vs Mukesh Kumar and others", pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Jalandhar and the Civil Suit No.1213 of 2020 MOHD YAKUB 2022.08.25 09:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh

TA No.79 of 2022 (O&M) titled as "Mukesh Kumar vs Pal Chand & others", Amritsar, be transferred to Kapurthala itself.

The Court concerned, where the litigations are pending between the parties, will accommodate them with one date in one calendar month.

The District & Sessions Judge, Kapurthala, will assign both the civil suits to one Court, so that the same may be decided together.
