The petitioners have approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of a compromise having been effected between the parties. 2.

Learned State counsel has informed that subsequent to filing of the instant petition in this Court, the petitioners already stand acquitted by the Trial Court vide judgment dated 17.8.2022.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
