This order shall dispose of the above mentioned two petitions wherein petitioners Kulbir Singh and Bhinda Singh @ Harinder Singh, seek grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered vide FIR No. 168, dated 10.10.2020, Police Station Sadar Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, under Sections 324, 323, 34 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on).
CRM-M Nos.2325 & 12083 of 2021 (O&M) - 2 - 2.
The FIR in question was lodged at the instance of Rajinder Singh wherein it is alleged that Kulbir Singh and Bhinda Singh i.e. the petitioners had inflicted injuries to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the matter stands amicably resolved amongst the parties and in fact a petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise i.e. CRM-M-385942022 has also been filed. 4.
Learned State counsel has informed that pursuant to interim directions issued in CRM-M-2325-2021, petitioner-Kulbir Singh has joined investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation. It has been informed that no such direction was issued in the case of Bhinda Singh i.e. CRM-M-12083-2021.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant has endorsed the factum of compromise and has stated that he has no objection in case the aforesaid petitions are accepted. 6.
This Court has considered the rival submissions. 7.
Having regard to the aforestated position wherein the matter is stated to have been amicably resolved amongst the parties, both the petitions are accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 4.3.2021 in CRM-M-2325-2021 are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
CRM-M Nos.2325 & 12083 of 2021 (O&M) - 3 - 8.
So far as the second petition i.e. CRM-M-12083-2021 is concerned, petitioner namely Bhinda Singh @ Harinder Singh, in the event of arrest, be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Arresting/Investigating Officer and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
