The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0029 dated 03.09.2024 under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) (Sections 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS added later on) registered at Police Station Cyber Crime Hansi, District Hansi.

After issuing notice of motion on 15.01.2025, the petitioner had been granted interim bail by this Court vide, with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the order dated 15.01.2025 reads as under:-
