Instant petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 15.02.2023, Annexure P-8, whereby, claim of the petitioner for issuance of Arms Licence, has been rejected by the respondent authority and for directing the respondents to issue licence to the petitioner.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the statutory remedy available to the petitioner under the Arms Act, 1959. 3.
