ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) As per the compliance affidavit of the Registrar, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, the necessary compliance has been made and all the petitioners are paid annual grade increment as well as revision of pay and arrears as per 7th Pay Commission. The details of which is given in Para 1 of the affidavit along with the letter dated 23.05.2023, regarding revised refixation of pension and arrears, etc. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
