(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground for transfer of the trial arising out of FIR No.6, dated 8.6.2017, Police Station Vigilance Bureau, District SAS Nagar Mohali, under Sections 420, 465, 468, 467, 471, 120-B of Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(1)(d), 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, which is presently pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali.

However, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by Trial Court during proceedings of trial, which may be adverse to him, it shall be open to the petitioner to have recourse to other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to him under law.
