Challenging the correctness of the orders passed by the trial Court while dismissing the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as "CPC") which has been affirmed in appeal by the Additional District Judge, the plaintiff has filed this revision petition.

The plaintiff claims to be the resident of village Jhatipur and is aggrieved of the decision of the Gram Panchayat to allot the plots measuring 100 square yards to the landless persons belonging to the scheduled caste, backward class and economically weaker sections. Both the Courts below have found that the Gram Panchayat has passed a resolution which has been duly approved by the Deputy Commissioner of the district.

Heard the learned counsel representing the parties at length and

Civil Revision No. 1048 of 2018 (O&M) with their able assistance, perused the paper-book. 4.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that the selection of the individuals for allotment has been carried out ineptly/clumsily.

In the recent elections of the Gram Panchayat, new office bearers have taken over the charge. The petitioner, if so advised, may bring this fact to the notice of the new office bearers of the Gram Panchayat. While hearing the revision petition against the orders passed by both the Courts below, this Court cannot be expected to open a new channel. 6.

With the observations made above, the present revision petition is disposed of.

The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
