The hearing of the case is being held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. 2.
Shiwali and Pardeep Kumar, the petitioners before this Court, claim themselves to be major. It has been pleaded that they have married against the wishes of the respondent No.4 to 7 and seek protection to their life and liberty. They apprehend danger from the respondent No.4 to 7. They have placed on record the marriage certificate (Annexure P3) evidencing their marriage. The petitioners have submitted a representation dated 11.01.2022 (Annexure P5) to the respondent No.2. 3.
