**** ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has handed over a photocopy of the sale deed executed by the son of the petitioner qua the suit property in Court today and states that the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions in the matter. He, however, states that in view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.1, the present revision petition may be dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to revive the same in case anything survives.
