And others .............Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Ramender Chauhan,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Plaintiff is in revision assailing the order dated 9.12.2014 (P-4) passed by the lower Appellate Court whereby the miscellaneous appeal of the defendants has been accepted and the order dated 4.9.2014 passed by the learned trial Court granting temporary injunction in favour of the plaintiff thereby restraining defendants from alienating the stated machines subject to clearance of the outstanding dues by the plaintiff, has been set aside on the ground that the plaintiff has not made payment of a single penny in terms of the temporary injunction order.

After making submissions at length and having failed to convince the Court, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
