There is no justification for respondent in appeal to arrive to this Court when an ex parte interim stay has been issued by the Appellate Court. It will be open to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Court which has passed the order at the Appellate Court to contend that there is no executable decree which would require to be stayed. The Court will consider if such an objection is taken and pass an appropriate order.
