"CRM-10952-2021 Prayer in this application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for impleading applicant/complainant-Harpreet Kaur, as respondent No. 6 in the main petition. Heard.
For the reasons stated in the application which is supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed and applicantcomplainant-Harpreet Kaur, is hereby impleaded as respondent No. 6.
Amended memo of parties filed along with the application is taken on record. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place.
CRM-10957-2021 Prayer in this application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for pre-poning the date of hearing in the main petition from 20.05.2021 to some early date.
The instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
CRM-M-2499-2021 Reply dated 24.11.2022, filed by way of affidavit of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, NRI Wing, SAS Nagar (Mohali), on behalf of respondent-State, is taken on record.
As per the enquiry report, the instant petition has become infructuous as a detailed enquiry in the complaint in question had already been completed and the same has further been sent to ADGP (NRI Wing) on 04.08.2022 and further directions of KAVITA NAIN 2023.03.29 10:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document order/judgment
