RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents to carry out their lawful obligation by taking an appropriate action on the representation submitted by the petitioner before the Chief Minister grievance window, which has been marked to respondent No.4.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. P.S.Grewal, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.

After hearing counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4, i.e. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Attari, Amritsar, to look into the representation, Annexure P-1.and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from today.
