**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J This revision has been preferred against the order dated 02.01.2017 (Annexure P-7) vide which the application filed by defendant No. 1 to examine finger print expert was allowed. The petitioner is seeking modification/clarification for reasons disclosed in the petition. The parties have reached to an agreement.

The counsel for respondents states that the petition may be allowed as they would engage some other hand writing expert and not Sh. Arvind Sood.
