In paragraph 13 of the peon, the peoner has menoned that two criminal cases are pending against him. However, State counsel as per instrucons submits that the petoner was convicted in another case under Excise Act. 2.

Given above, the peoner has concealed his criminal antecedents and the present peon is dismissed with liberty to file fresh peon. All pending miscellaneous applicaons, if any, stand disposed of.
