**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the Legal Notices dated 14.12.2018 and 29.12.2018 (appended as Annexures P-7 Colly), issued by respondent No.2. 2.

A perusal of the writ petition shows that the legal notices had been issued by respondent No.2 on behalf of respondent No.4, to which reply has been submitted by the petitioners on 04.01.2019 and 07.01.2019 (Annexure P-8 Colly). Thereafter, no further action has been initiated by the respondents. Accordingly, at this stage, no cause of action has arisen to the petitioner to invoke the extra ordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India. No ground to entertain the petition at this stage arises. 3.

Dismissed.
