**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.84 dated 30.11.2019, registered under Sections 304, 34 of IPC, at Police Station Kacha Pacca, District Tarn Taran.

After investigation of the case, the Station House Officer has already recommended cancellation of FIR in question. Cancellation has been approved by the higher officers. After approval of the cancellation report, the same has already been submitted to the Court of Illaqa Magistrate, where the complainant has also appeared and has also filed a protest petition. The proceedings on the protest petition are pending before the Illaqa Magistrate.

In view of aforesaid development, this petition is rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
