(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No. 181, dated 01.11.2019, under Sections 307, 458, 354, 323, 427, 148, 149 of IPC, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 16th January, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Baljit Singh, states that the petitioners are no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 16th January, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
