Complaining wilful violation of the directions of the Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 21602 of 2019, decided on 19.08.2019, the petitioners have invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The operative part of the order dated 19.08.2019 reads as under:- "Without commenting upon the merits of the case or about the entitlement of the petitioners for the relief which has been claimed by them in the representations, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representations dated 27.04.2019 within a period of three months from the receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case, it is found that the petitioners are entitled for DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.07.29 10:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document any monetary benefits after the decision of the representations,

C.O.C.P. No. 1581 of 2020 the same should also be paid to them within three months thereafter".

Mr. Nikhil Chopra, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, states that the representation of the petitioners has been decided on 26.02.2021. 3.
