VERSUS
SURINDERPAL SINGH .... Respondent CORAM : HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ALKA SARIN Present :
None.
ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.
The present revision petition pertains to the year 2006 and is a fully burnt case. As per the report of the Registry, despite best efforts, the paper book of the case could not be reconstructed. A perusal of the papers put up by the Registry shows nothing to discern about the particulars of the parties. Though an adjournment slip has been filed on behalf of Mr. Gaurav Mohunta, Advocate, however, he is not the filing counsel. 2.
In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 3.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter or complete paper book is supplied by either of the parties. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 13.11.2024 (ALKA SARIN) Aman Jain JUDGE NOTE:
