In the present petition, the petitioner was working as a LASCAR on the contract basis and keeping in view the terms and conditions of the contract, the petitioner was relieved from services on 30.09.2019 (Annexure P-4). Thereafter, the petitioner never raised any grievance qua the said action of the respondents but another employee namely,Ram Phal who was also relieved from service due to non renewal of the contract, had filed a writ petition i.e. CWP -8405-2020 along with another similarly situated employee, namely, Bhupinder Singh and the said employees, were taken back in service. Keeping in view the said action of the respondents, the petitioner has also filed the present petition that as the petitioner is similarly situated employee as Ram Phal and Bhupinder Singh, hence, the petitioner be also taken back in service.

Learned State counsel further submits that the appointment under the outsourcing policy has already undergone a change and now all the outsourcing appointments are to be made through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam and in case, the petitioner is interested in getting adjusted against any of the post lying vacant, he should get himself registered on the RIYA 2024.02.15 17:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 1082 -2021 -22024:PHHC:021335 web portal of Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam and thereafter, in case, any requirement of services of the petitioner is received by the Nigam, the petitioner will be adjusted accordingly.

Upon this, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents be directed to register the name of the petitioner on the web portal of the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam so as the petitioner could be adjusted against any of the vacant post.

Learned State counsel submits that in case, any such claim is being raised by the petitioner by filing of the representation to the competent authority under Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam , the same will be considered and an appropriate speaking order will be passed for enlisting the name of the petitioner on the web-portal of the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam for being adjusted wherever the services of the petitioner could be utilized keeping in view the demand raised by any administrative department. 5.

At this stage, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation with the department of Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam for enlisting the name of the petitioner on their portal for adjustment keeping in view the request is being received by any of the department. 6.

Ordered accordingly.
