Learned counsel for the petitioners' states that the petitioners do not wish to press the present revision petition. However, they pray that the suit may be decided in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is allowed.

In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed as not pressed. The Trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the suit and not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
