-.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The revision petition has been filed against the order whereby the objection petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been dismissed being barred by limitation. The appropriate remedy for the petitioner was to assail the aforementioned order by filing appeal under Section 37 of the Act ibid and not in revision. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal.

Ordered accordingly. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
