(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against him vide FIR No.325 dated 18.7.2023, Police Station Sadar Sirsa, under Sections 323, 324, 325, 326, 452, 147, 148, 149, 506 IPC. After arguing at length and upon finding that this Court was not agreeing with the contentions made before this Court and had started dictating the order of dismissal, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
