Shorn and short of unnecessary details, the allegations levelled by complainant-Satta Singh in the subject FIR, are that on 15.08.2019, while he was standing at the gate of his house, the petitioners came there and caused injuries to him with "Kirch" and "Datar".

Vide the order dated 15.01.2020 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, the parties were directed to appear before learned Illaqa Magistrate/ trial Court on 17.02.2020 for recording their statements in respect of the compromise. In compliance of the said order, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ajnala, recorded their (parties') statements and has submitted his report (which is already available on the file) mentioning therein that the compromise effected between the parties is genuine and voluntary and total five persons, i.e the petitioners, have been named as the accused in the FIR and none of them has been declared a proclaimed offender. The statements of the complainant and Investigating Officer ASI Baldev Singh and the joint statement of the petitioners have also been annexed with the said report. 4.
