(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 19.06.2023 (Annexure P-6) passed in ROR No.199/2014-15 by respondent No.1, whereby the revision petition filed by the private contesting respondents has accepted and the case is remanded to the Assistant Collector 1st Grade to look into the matter afresh from the stage of mode of partition, in totally illegal, arbitrary manner and without considering the actual facts and circumstances of the case. Further prayer has been made for staying the operation of impugned order dated 19.06.2023 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.1 during the pendency of present petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file RITTU 2024.03.14 10:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
