(Oral) At this stage, learned State Counsel, on instructions of HC Amanpreet Singh, has submitted that the application, which was pending before the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, has since been disposed of, relating to which the present criminal writ petition was filed. Copy of the statement of petitioner has been supplied by learned State Counsel in the Court today, which is taken on record.

In the given circumstances, at this stage, the counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not want to pursue with the present petition, which may be dismissed as withdrawn.
