ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition. However, he submits that the suit has been pending before the trial Court for the last 4 years and a direction be issued to the trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the respondent does not have any serious objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the prayer made by counsel for the petitioners, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and decide it preferably within a period of one year from today.
