(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 5 to conduct free and fair investigation in case FIR No. 0327 dated 21.11.2021 registered under Sections 354-B, 376, 406, 498-A, 506, 511 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Sector-14, Panchkula.
On the last date of hearing i.e. 07.08.2023, following order has been passed by this Court:- "Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 5 to conduct fair and impartial investigation as per the provisions of Sections 41, 156 to 158 Cr.P.C., in case FIR No. 0327 dated 21.11.2021 registered under Sections 354B, 376, 406, 498-A, 506, 511 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Sector-14, Panchkula.

CRM-M-1867-2022 -22023:PHHC:132525 On instructions, learned counsel for the State submits that after completion of investigation challan has already been presented before the trial Court and vide order dated 01.03.2023, bailable warrants have been issued against the private respondents and the trial is progressing in the matter.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 11.10.2023. Registry to inform learned counsel for the petitioner about the date fixed."
As per office report, learned counsel for the petitioner has been informed about the date fixed through e-mail. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner today, as well. Learned counsel for the State has reiterated the submissions which were made by her on the previous date to the effect that after completion of investigation challan has already been presented before the trial Court; and now vide order dated 18.09.2023, non-bailable warrants have been issued by the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Panchkula, against the private respondents for 16.01.2024. She further submits that the trial is progressing in the matter.
