Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the amount claimed in the suit must be taken as ` 26,94,854/- and the court fee payable would be ` 1,28,120/-. The petitioner may be permitted to bring an appropriate amendment to the pleadings to clearly state the exact amount which he is claiming in the manner stated by the counsel before this Court and if he tenders the court fee of ` 1,28,120/-, the delay in payment of court fee shall be condoned and the court fee shall be received. I have disposed of the civil revision at this stage even without serving respondents only to ensure that the trial of the suit is not in any way fettered by any adjudication regarding court fee when the petitioner makes a statement that he is willing to pay court fee in the manner which is appropriate. If there is still any issue for consideration for court fee, the respondent will be at liberty to join a contest on the said issue and the Court will take a fresh adjudication PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.03.12 14:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
