(Oral) Prayer in this 2nd petition is to transfer the investigation of FIR No.0270 dated 21.10.2019 registered under Sections 302, 34 IPC at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Ludhiana to CBI. Counsel for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the investigation is complete and challan stands presented before the Illaqa Magistrate on 14.01.2020. In view of the above, no further action is called for. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
