CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE NIDHI GUPTA Present:- Mr. Himanshu Arora, Advocate for the petitioner.
Ms. Aakanksha Gupta, AAG Punjab.
Mr. Manna Singh, Advocate for respondents No.5 to 10.
***** Nidhi Gupta, J.
Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking issuance of a direction to respondent No.1 for registration of an FIR against the accused/private respondents No.5 to 10 under Sections 354-A, 452, 323, 354, 427 and 506 IPC as the police authorities in spite of repeated complaints and representations made by the petitioner, have not taken any action.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that present petition is not maintainable in view of law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of UP & Ors." 2008 (1) RCR (Criminal) 392. In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
