The revision petition is at the instance of the husband who challenges the maintenance granted @ `5000/- per month. The contention is that he is not working in Government as an Assistant in the Horticulture Department as stated by the wife and that he is merely doing some labour work with some contractor working for the Government. In whatever way it is said, the husband himself was required to produce proof of his ability to pay and the initial burden of the wife would only be to say that depending on the status, she is PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.11.03 12:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
C.R. No.1479 of 2013 (O&M) -2entitled to be maintained during the pendency of proceedings. `5000/- per month is hardly any big amount that a husband would complain of by means of a revision petition in the High Court. 2.
