On 28.01.2025 the following order was passed : " Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that she has no instructions in the matter. In view thereof, let notice be issued to the petitioner, returnable 26.05.2025."

As per office report, ordinary notice could not be issued to the petitioner as he is stated to be confined in a jail in United Kingdom. Since the petitioner is stated to be confined in a jail in abroad, his personal service is not feasible and hence this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present civil revision for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
