 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the property in question has been vacated by the respondent/tenant. Therefore, both the revision petitions filed by the landlady have rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite efforts made by him to contact the petitioner, he was unable to do so. Be that as it may, the above said revision petitions are dismissed as having been rendered infructuous in view of the statement of learned counsel for the respondent.
