**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J By filing of CM-27269-CII-2017, pre-ponement and disposal of the main petition has been sought.

Application is allowed for the reasons stated therein. Main case is taken up for hearing today itself.

Counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance to the order dated 20.2.2017 they had led the evidence and had also deposited the costs. Counsel for the respondent states that the tenant had approached this Court and that prayer was allowed vide order dated 20.2.2017 but because of the stay, the Rent Controller could not dispose of the main petition and therefore they had filed this application. The prayer in the main petition was for an opportunity to the respondent who was a tenant to conclude his evidence which was permitted and the witnesses have been examined.
