It is a case of honour killing, wherein the deceased persons have been identified as Gurdeep Singh (brother of the complainant) and Manpreet Kaur (with whom deceased Gurdeep Singh was allegedly in a love affair). 3.

As per the allegations, Bhola Singh (father of the deceased Manpreet Kaur) inflicted several gandasa blows upon deceased Gurdeep Singh and thereafter strangulated his own daughter, Manpreet Kaur. The JAWALA RAM 2025.11.12 19:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

It is further submitted that the complainant, Kuldeep Singh, who is an eye-witness to the incident, has already been examined before the trial Court and has fully supported the prosecution version. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner, without advancing any further arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 5.
