**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.235 dated 01.12.2022 under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC 1860 registered at Police Station, Lopoke, District Amritsar, Punjab. Written statement has been filed on behalf of complainant. In compliance of order dated 13.01.2023, the petitioner has already deposited amount of Rs.2,00,000/- with Court of JMIC Ajnala which has already been ordered to be disbursed in favour of complainant against surety.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Angrej Singh, P.S. Lopoke submits that in compliance of order dated 13.01.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 13.01.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
