The petitioner seeks opportunity to examine some witnesses relating to Will which he has propounded. The Court has declined the request considering the fact that the defendant had availed himself several opportunities and has not produced the witnesses. Considering the fact that the case would hinge on the proof of the Will and the crucial nature of the evidence that is brought, I allow for the opportunity granted in the manner pleaded before me subject to the condition that the petitioner-defendant pays `10,000/- as costs to the plaintiff within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the amount is not paid as directed, the order already passed will stand restored.

The revision petition is allowed dispensing with notice to the respondents.
