Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for impleading Gurdev Singh as respondent was moved beyond 45 days of declaration of the election result and as such, the said application was time barred. He further submits that the learned Election Tribunal had allowed the application filed by the petitioner/respondent without hearing learned opposite counsel. He further submits that he would be satisfied if the learned Election Tribunal is directed to consider the issue of impleading of Gurdev Singh as respondent beyond the period of limitation at the time of final arguments without being influenced by the order dated 06.08.2014 (Annexure P-6). After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner/respondent, this Court is satisfied that the last prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner can be acceded to.
